About Usratak
Usratak (أسرتك, "your family") is a free, Arabic-first website of simple tools and guides for pregnancy, newborns and family life.
What we do
We build calculators that give a clear answer in seconds: the estimated due date, a baby's age, the fertile window. Each one comes with a short explanation and answers to common questions, in Arabic and English.
We also write short guides and a glossary that explain the words and numbers you meet in a clinic or in the results.
How we write
Health figures on this site come from published sources such as the World Health Organization, and we say which source on the page. We do not invent statistics, and where something is only an estimate we say so.
